Our construction professionals also have extensive experience in the design-build process, as well as, experience in all types of construction and product types. This allows the projects to be fast-tracked, therefore saving time and money.
California Pacific’s construction and project management teams also serve as consultants, construction managers, schedulers and are available for constructability review of outside consultant’s documents.
California Pacific Construction Services uses state-of-the-art project management software that allows the project team to track all aspects of the project including:

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
California Pacific Property Management Services provides real estate asset management for Magnum properties, as well as, third party properties. We strive to provide the best service anywhere, to our clients.
